January 12, 2020 (Sunday) - Golden Corral, 2734 N. Kansas Expressway, Springfield, Mo - This restaurant is just off I-44 at Exit 77. Go south about 1/4 mile and is on the left side of the road. Eat at 1 pm with the meeting to follow. The room has been reserved.
February 8, 2020 (Saturday) - Alice Irene's, 310 S. Hwy 60, Marionville, Mo. 0 They will provide a meeting room and a buffet for our club for approximately $10. This will include 2 meats, 4 vegetables, drink and dessert. Trip Advisor rates it as a 4.5 stars with generally excellent reviews. Eat at 1 pm with the meeting to follow
March 14, 2020 (Saturday) - Big Baldy's BBQ, 814 E Hwy 60, Monett, Mo - They will provide a meeting room. Trip Advisor rates it as a 4 of 5 stars withgtenerally excellent reviews. Eat at 1 pm with the meeting to follow. This restaurant is just a short distance west of Happy House where we have been the lat few years.
APRIL 11, 2020 -( Saturday) - Smith's Restaurant - 1340 Hwy U, Bolivar, MO has been the meeting place for several of the club's functions. It is good eating and closer to our members in Kansas City area. Eat at 1 pm with the meeting to follow.
MAY 9, 2020 (Saturday) - Mount Vernon's Veterans Home, 1600 S Hickory St, Mt Vernon, MO. We last visited this wonderful facility in June, 2012. The veterans were very excited to see our Studebakers. Billy Ray Cyrus sang "All gave some, some gave all." Hopefully our club will give something back on this day as we display our Studebakers for the veterans. We can display our cars from 9 am to 11 am. We will then caravan to the Red Barn Cafe, 107 W Mt Vernon Blvd to eat and have our meeting.
JUNE 13, 2020 (Saturday) - Ice Cream Social at Bud & Beverly Ripple's Home, 879 Cash Spring Road, Ozark, Missouri - Bud & Beverly Ripple hosted this event last year and did a wonderful job. The event will begin at 1 pm with a club meeting to follow. Please bring toppings of your choice and cookies or other items to compliment the ice cream. Please bring your lawn chairs.
AUGUST 16, 2020 (Sunday) - Roaring River State Park Hamburger Cookout, 12716 County Rd., Cassville, Mo - Noon to 4 pm. This event was rolled back to the 3rd Sunday of the month which will be the weekend after the International Meet. The hamburgers, hot dogs and buns will be furnished. Everyone bring something to go with them: chips, dip, baked beans, desserts, etc.
